How to join the call

• Announcements
  • At future calls, we would like to devote some time to hear from non-LVC members. Please suggest presentations or topics.
  • A good reference for active Observatories, including the GW detectors, is the Treasure Map: http://treasuremap.space/status
  • We will hold LVEM telecons through the time between observation period; but the rhythm will be determined by how things progress at the Observatories. We'll keep you posted!
• Run summary and plans:
  • End of run transition
  • LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA update from the Sites, April 2020 (Kawabe)
• Low-latency alert updates:
  • Early alerts -- before coalescence -- are a focus of the low-latency group
  • Internal testing on replay data is proceeding, so that when the machines are running implementation will be rapid
  • We will keep the LVEM community up to speed through this forum
• Q&A
• Upcoming LVC publications based on O3:
  • Papers about GW190412 (S190412m), GW190814 (S190814bv), and GW190521 (S190521g) - within next several weeks
  • O3a catalog and a few companion papers - by end of May
  • Many other searches and O3b catalog - later in 2020
