Ryan Foley: EM bright was in past run. Can we give value we use to determine that bit state? Patrick B: still there, in properties section. Can’t make a change at this time. But hear the comment and will see if we can do something. Maybe changes during the run

Will we be sharing the observations by other non-GW observatories in our GCNs? That is not the baseline plan; all should ensure they seek alerts from all sources independently of LVC.
