The top level wiki for the OpenLVEM is here, which will further point to you to...:
instructions on how to sign up with the OpenLVEM forum which are here.
Please note that you will need to register under this new platform even if you had registered with the MOU-based mailing lists (e.g., lv-em@gw-astronomy.org , lv-em-observers@gw-astronomy.org) during O1 and O2, or with openlvem@MIT.EDU since the end of O2. Those mailing lists are being discontinued for new messages.
A listing of conferences of interest to LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA, and also MMA topics, is maintained at https://wiki.ligo.org/LSC/UpcomingConferencesAndMeetings -- please let us know if there are meetings we should add and bring to the attention of the LVK Community.
